Starting a business in a foreign country, who can I trust with my money?

I want to start a business and this business is gonna involve cash money


my employees would have access to cash money so ofcourse I'm worried about getting robbed


the country that I'm starting the business in is a dictatorship but they dont rule with a iron fist


I might warn the employees like that telling them that I would turn them in lol


also, the country doesn't easily let native citizens out of the country....so worst case scenario....the employees wont take all my shit and leave


any suggestions on how I can handle this situation?
