Hey sweety ,I have to say I was dead half way through the first set .I am done with the first week but not with one straight cycle because of wanting to cheat so ill try to complete one cycle with out cheating tomorrow.:smh::smh:
 
You got to work yourself up to it.

Make sure you take your measurements: chest, biceps, quads, etc.

Do you have an idea of what your goals are weight wise and in terms of body fat percentage?

You can also track online if you join www.bodybuilding.com . They have a message forum like this and you can upload pics and everything.

P.S week one photos....I have felt a loss of water weight . Ill post my weight and measurements diet etc later.

I have to drink more water because of the feeling of hardcore thirst during the sets and I feel stronger after even a less than a full week. I am still tired after 5 hours of sleep so starting tomorrow its 8 hours for me:yes::yes:
 
i was just doin the research on this...YOUR ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THIS DAILY. The actors for 300 only did the actual workout 1 time after WEEKS of normal training. If you really want a good work out u should try boxing, I dont lift as many weights but Im alot stronger mentally n physically than most body builders. GOOD LUCK!
