The New Jersey Nets and Dallas Mavericks have continued to a discuss a trade involving Jason Kidd, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.com.
"This has been more like a mini-series," one source close to the process told ESPN.com. "But I think it's still alive. There's talk."
Kidd even told reporters at All-Star Weekend that he had recently spoke with Rod Thorn about the deal, "I talked to Rod [on Friday night], and all I can say is that they're still talking."
