I don't know how many of you guys use virtualization software such as Microsoft virtual pc or virtual box, but VMWare is great for tech people of all sorts with the ability to virtual machines for installation testing, programming, or just to test out software for viruses or affects on your system without affecting your main Operating System. I personally use it to test out the many version of windows and various software packages which are offered on bgol

Check out more information on it here: http://www.vmware.com/products/workstation/overview.html

Grab the download here, password to rar file is "vmware":

Its definitely worth the check out man. Offers full 3d graphics support and everything. Plus if you are in the tech industry looking for a job like me, VMWare is the gold standard when it comes to what corporations are using today cause everyone is trying to cut back costs on physical machines. Looks great on a resume as a skillset

thanks. why doesnt this recognize my external hd's? i add them to the list but get some error message, im using Ubuntu, the latest version, and this is the message i get after i try to access it and put in my password.

Operation on file "\\.\PhysicalDrive2" failed.
If the file resides on a remote file system, please make sure your network connection and the server where this disk resides are functioning properly. If the file resides on removable media, reattach the media.
Choose Retry to attempt the operation again.
Choose Abort to terminate this session.
Choose Continue to forward the error to the guest operating system.

i can not choose RETRY or CONTINUE, and nothing happens, but when i press ABORT, i get booted out of Ubuntu.
