And the truth be told, the drug problem was never a black problem as far as consumption. The numbers have been consistent that whites overwhelmingly use more drugs than black folks.
The disparity has always been in the criminal prosecution and sentencing of people of color.
Which is my point. lol. I know they use just as much and probably WAY MORE drugs than us but when you don't get policed as a drug criminal you can do that shit. When you can roll down to the area where drugs are sold and then do them in the comfort of your own home with no problem then it gets to this point.
