Looks like the game is up.

Remember that story Bobby Jindal told in his big speech Tuesday night -- about how during Katrina, he stood shoulder-to-shoulder with a local sheriff who was battling government red tape to try to rescue stranded victims?

Turns out it wasn't actually, you know, true.
 
Dayum, I heard that it was a lie (good ol' Olberman) ... didn't know he'd admit to it tho. WOW!

i was just telling people he looked/sounded like a phony. no wonder his voice was cracking while he told the story. his fleeting "conscious" was just sounding off. epic jindal, indeed.
 
He is sticking to his parties platform. He is getting all of his lies ready for the next election. I guess you practice lying early to get it down pact by election time.
 
Something kinda weird with this cat. The left got jokes, but the right is murdering this guy. What gives? Isn't he their hold card? :confused:

well, like i was discussing with a co-worker, on election night when obama secured the asskicking, i immediately turned to fox news and jindale is the first, third and last name they were plugging for the new face of the repugs and i believe they did that because they knew because of his race he would be the most work for them to make into a nominee if all else fails. over the next 2 years the repugs hope a white male steps up, but if not, they have this guy whose face has been plastered everywhere to fall back on.

The right has always had a thing for propping up minority and female candidates and then tossing them under the bus first chance they get. If they would do it to the cat that honestly had the best shot at being president (Colin Powell), you KNOW they would do it to a clown like Jindal. What the Republicans need to do (since they are currently jacking ALL of his ideas) is get behind Ron Paul. He has really become the most recognizable and somewhat respected face in their party since the election and this "Do nothing" gamble they are taking needs someone with the balls to ride it through to the end whether it succeeds or not. Everybody knows the rest of these Repubs are faking the funk, at least if they put Paul out there, the people will have some faith he's being honest about his views.
