These grocery store Oxtail look like trash. I know it's a lot of brothers who cook on the board, any mail orders or anything that offers a better quality of oxtail than places like Wapmart, Costco, Ingles(for my southern folks) etc??

Go to the Meat Market where you can purchase a whole side of beef.
I wouldn't trust any mail anything for meat. It may be difficult but a butcher shop is your best bet. Try to make friends with the butcher and he/she might cut the fat off the tails before weighing them. That's the difference with a meat market - usually it's not the same people. It might be, but a butcher shop is sure to be the same folks. Sometimes family.
To save you money you can always do the turkey alternative
Meat market, butcher shop, or Asian grocery store. Those are your best bets.
