So I decided to make salmon croquet today from a recipe of Sister Mattie and another wonderful Sister.

I have been wanting some salmon cakes for days to no end. So this afternoon I made some. It was delicious. I love being able to cook what I want to eat.


I used Keebler unsalted crackers.
Added one teaspoon of salt.
Six sweet peppers of red, yellow and orange color.
2 cans of wild caught pink salmon.
4 garlic cloves pressed.
Half of an onion diced.
Half teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
Half teaspoon of paprika.
3 hand whipped eggs
cooked in olive oil
