Kid Rock and his entourage were arrested after a fight broke out at a Waffle House in DeKalb County, Georgia.
He and five members of his entourage were charged with simple battery, a misdemeanor.
Kid Rock pleaded guilty to the charge in March 2008.
He was sentenced to 6 hours of anger management counseling and 80 hours of community service.
He was also ordered to pay $40,000 in damages.
2005 Strip Club Assault:
Kid Rock was arrested in February 2005 after allegedly punching a DJ at an adult entertainment club in Nashville.
He was charged with simple assault, a misdemeanor.
He was released after posting a $3,000 bond.
Other incidents:
Kid Rock was cited for misdemeanor battery after a tussle with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2007.
However, no criminal charges were filed in that case.
