Just like military jets were the first to go completely "fly-by-wire" where the control yoke of the plane wasn't attached mechanically to the plane itself, now it's standard today on all commercial planes.

This. They are having reports of problems going back as far as 2006. Most of which were ignored or downplayed by dealerships when people brought them in some accounts say. Toyota got caught up in the own "quality" rep. Yes they are good cars, but they are still made by humans so of course there would be problems somewhere.

I experienced this when I had my Mercedes. Biggest piece of shit I owned and every time I had to bring it back for something they would look at me like "Nigga what are you doing to this car"?!
