Marvel owns the Winter Solider, not Brubaker, so the studio doesn’t have to pay the writer for using the character in “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” or any Marvel Cinematic Universe property.

Snoop is a National Treasure. He broke it down on the streaming. Streaming is just a way the big wigs found to screw the artist.
Streaming should be just like the old days.
An album should have 1 or 2 songs on the streaming platform (similar to radio}. If you want to listen to the rest of the album, you should pay.
Then the entire Album will be released on the platform to you. Let the Artist make some money.
