Small issue with Xbox live

so my year sub. for xbox was gonna run out last month. i was meaning to buy a new one from the store so they dont charge my card on file. i never got around to it so they are now charging me month to month for 10 bucks. thing is, the card they charged, i dont see a transaction for it on my bank account. its been almost a month now, i have xbox live but i dont see it on my statments? anyone else have this issue?
 
depends on when they made the charge to your card,,, if they made the charge anytime after your credit card statement date, it may not show up until your next statement,,, you can contact your credit card company online/phone & check the most recent transactions also

its my debit card ... not my credit card. so its coming out my bank account .... they show the day the purchases been made ... nothing too serious though, i just wanted to see if this happened to others ... ima contact xbox next month if i dont see annything
 
Man they got me with that shit and they charged the wrong fucking account with that month to month shit. I changed bank accounts and was using one of my accounts as a strictly savings account but I didn't have shit in the checking accout and my bank won't transfer money from my savings to checking so I ended up getting overdrafts like a muthafucka. My banked waived them and yea it was partially my fault but I hate shit like X Box that doesn't let you know when they charge you for shit. They should've just canceled my X-Box account rather than just charge me for it. Especally on that high ass month to month fee.
 
Depends if your account has actually expired. I signed up for that automatic renew option and the only time I saw it on my bank account is when my account expired. Let's say you have 6 months left, signed up for auto renew, but you got that GOW3 Xbox live card for $59.99 (12 Months + 2 months extra) and activated it. You still will not be charge until your account expires.
 
I couldn't find that shit on my bank statement one month, but I noticed from me constantly checking my account balance that 10 dollars was missing so I knew they were still charging me. It did show up the next month when they charged me again, it said "Microsoft XBOX" something.

I only wanted it for one month, but they stuck me for about an extra 2 months (20 dollars) because on the first month, I thought it was just gone run out and stop because my console asked me did I want to auto-renew, I said no and it still charged me for another month. And then It didn't show up on my bank statement the second month so I ended up paying for a month and I didn't even log on to XBOX Live one time that whole month.

It's fucked up that calling the number is the only way you can cancel that shit. You can buy the shit from your console but you can't cancel it from it. You can look-up all your information on-line, but you can't cancel it. You gotta call the number and hope you get a rep on the phone.

When they give you the free month when you first get your 360, they just let it run out, but when they got your card information, they'll charge you on the sly and keep your shit going.

I buy the gold card and activate it on xbox live thru my phone browser. I get home and all I have to do is turn (touch) on the power

Fuck all that extra charge stuff people on this board are complaining about
