Has this been actually proven or is it just "a thing" that a community says? Based on what "they say", is there a distinction between gay female and gay males? What about women who commit acts of pedophilia on young males? Are they gay? And vice-versa, are male pedophiles who target underage females fit this rule?

I don't know that HIV is a gay disease. From what I read, it was spread in situations where bodily fluids com in contact with open wounds. The gay community, known for unprotected promiscuity, was the breeding ground and high spread rate. If it were a "gay" disease, then only gays would get it.
If I see something on TV that I do not like, I turn it off. I don't torture myself by watching it and then complaining.
Try telling your son the truth about the questions he asks. If you don't want to get the questions, then monitor what he watches. I get disgusted at reality shows. I hear people discussing them so I am exposed to a little of what goes on. I could never actually watch one because other people's lives are unimportant compared to mine.

If some people don't want to be around them it is their choice. Let me just use a bullshit straw argument and present this scenario. What if a group wanted a society that does not promote their ways? They should get their own space if they are not tolerant of gays, it is only fair right? So once they get this space what if gays wanted to integrate such a community? Are the people of that community wrong for not wanting them around? I ain't no hater, I am just saying everyone needs their own space. Some people just are not into this "let's all be universal" movement.

Nah bro. I have no issues with gays but I'm in America. Back home my people have zero tolerance for public gay behavior. It goes against the very fabric of our cultural existence. It's a foreign thing that we don't want. In 1960 homosexuality was an illness in America, and just because America has accepted it others should not have to.

Funny how someone who knows nothing about me can surmise that I know nothing about reggae. That is actually laughable. All I did was ask questions. I am simply trying to "understand" the homophobia. If you are telling me that it can only be accepted but never understood and that it should be celebrated, then humanity is truly misguided. See, I believe that I understand racism and bigotry. I can see how fear is a primary factor. Could it be that fear is also a key component of homophobia? Only questions my friend for without inquiry, there is no understanding and without understanding, only chaos can result.
