Police investigate the crime scene Flatbush Ave. near Foster Ave. in Brooklyn where cop sources and witnesses said six people were shot Monday night.

Six people were shot — two fatally — Monday night during a drive-by shooting outside a Brooklyn church where funeral services were being held, police sources and witnesses said.

More than 300 people were leaving the service at Emmanuel Church of God on Flatbush Ave. near Foster Ave. at about 8:30 p.m. when a gunman fired up to 15 shots into the crowd from a silver SUV.

“It sounded like a war ... boom, boom, boom,” said witness Carlo Stamand, 60, who owns the nearby Cafe Creole restaurant. “I ran. I went inside my business. After that, the police came.

Witness Angela Diggs, 50, was worshiping at another church nearby when the congregants’ prayers were drowned out by gunfire.

“We didn’t come out,” she said. “We just continued praying for whatever was happening out there. Praying that nobody died.”

Diggs’ prayers weren’t answered.

When the smoke cleared, two men had died, police sources said. Four others were wounded.

“I saw two guys on the floor, right in front of the church,” witness Jose Donate, 54, said. “The cops tried to do CPR but it looked like they were already dead. (The cops) were pumping them. They said ‘Come on, come on, breathe!'"

A 44-year-old man shot in the chest died at Kings County Hospital, officials said.

A member of NYPD's ESU suits up for an evidence search at the scene where sources said two people were killed.

A second 40-year-old male was found shot in the stomach five blocks away on E. 32nd St. and Farragut Road.

He, too, was taken to Kings County Hospital where he died, officials said.

Those wounded included a 38-year-old woman shot in the leg and a second 40-year-old man who had been shot in the stomach, officials said. A 37-year-old man was also shot in the hand, officials said.

About a half-hour after the shooting, a 29-year-old woman hobbled into Kings County Hospital, claiming to have been shot in the leg in the fracas.

No arrests were immediately made.

Cops were looking for a silver SUV in connection with the gunplay.

The gunman was described as a Hispanic man in his 20s, wearing a Yankees cap and a white T-shirt, officials said.

Calls to the church were not immediately returned.
