The problem is that often the "fat mentality" stays with the new, thin physique (inhibited/lack of confidence) or the opposite; an aggressive, confident big girl becomes a "my shit don't stink" walk on water goddess (in her own mind).
Ideally, a big girl who is beautiful inside becomes the inner & outer beauty that she actually always was but just didn't realize it.

No one really wants to be fat. It is too hard on the body. Most people just lack the proper motivation to get themselves right.

Great job by her, assuming the before/after are really in the right order. Sadly, I'd always be waiting...watching for the first sign of her returning to her original size. I'm so used to being disappointed by dieting chicks. So far though, Jennifer Hudson is restoring some faith.
you dont make those kinds of changes by going on a diet. anybody that tells you they are on a diet are only setting you and themselves up for failure.

She damn sure didn't decide to lose weight because thirsty dudes were telling her she was fine when she was fat. We know that for damn sure.

basically...you can say im comfortable with my size all you want but if getting in shape was easy as taking a pill they would do it in a heartbeat
