I've googled recipes and tried many and cannot copy the taste i have loved my mom use to make (rip).
Just curious if anyone has a sure fire recipe for:
1. Fried shrimps/fish with a very light crust (somewhat like what you may find at the spot on 145st and st nick in harlem.
2. Curry goat and/or oxtails (don't care how spicy it is)..
Any help would be appreciated thanks..
