Shrimp and Crab Balls
Its been too many days since I involved shrimp in a recipe so here yall goooo! These made me want to slap my self!!!!! Omggg thanks @flychefaldenb and @eatswithtwan for the inspiration!!!! Recipe below! #kimmyskreations #aightbye
16 oz jumbo lump crap
1/2 pound cooked and chopper shrimp
2.5 tbsp mayo
1 egg
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp old bay
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp shrimp bouillon
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup crushed crackers
Cajun Cream Sauce
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp old bay
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
