I was reading something on ESPN and J.A. Adande suggested that maybe the NBA should get rid of it...it was created to stop teams from stacking their squads...but really all it has created is a big mess...teams looking to dump salaries and really take themselves out of competition the shit is the same either way, the good teams with the money to spend are still using it and the teams with not as much still are sucking or if they don't suck they will suck soon because they are trying to dump contracts and getting worse because of it.

What do you think?

i think so to give everybody a fair shot cause some of these teams
are not bankrolling money like a lot of them big market franchises

Its clearly killing the poor teams that are over the cap cus the all the trades are centered around getting 'expiring contracts'... I mean comeon, who gives up John Salmons and Brad Miller for Gooden and A-Noci?!

Kings gave up their most consistent player all year and a quality big man. :smh:
