A company that my firm has used in the past to staff short term projects is hiring work@home professionals for another project. They are looking for inbound customer service reps.

I can vouch for the opportunity being legit since I've done business wit them in the past but do your own research. The company is Cloud10. Every work from home site has info/ reviews on them. The temp. position pays $9/hr and if selected you'll choose a schedule giving you somewhere between 30 and 40 hrs a week. This project will only run from 2 - 4 weeks but once you are in the system, you'll get called for other work as new opportunities come up. For now, they are bringing on 200 reps. The app is below. I honestly dont have many details. My company has hired them in the past so the recruitment dir. asked me if I knew anyone who would be interested in a new customer service position they are hiring for.

Most likely, you will be providing customer service via text. Similar to websites that have a "click here to chat with a live rep" button.

There are alot of cloud10 workers that discuss the ins and outs on on a forum called workplacelikehome.com. Try there.

I've never worked for them. My company hired Cloud10 to handle short term support on a product while we hired fulltime staff. I did my research upfront which is why I was comfortable bringing it to the fam for those who may be interested.

I know they'll ask you to run your pc on pcpitstop.com and ask you to send them the link to the results. So, you'll have to have to meet certain minimal specs. Shouldnt be a problem.

Any other test will probably be real easy - simple problem solving and maybe navigating the web/ pc.

Do not mess up on the application ... there is no back button. You have to redo the whole thing when you redo it..
