ive been reading up on shelved and aged corps, trying to see the benefit in having one.
since the Corp/LLC laws have changed, i dont want to deal with the new hassles in building corp credit with a newly formed corp with no history.
does anyone have some personal experience in purchasing and maintaining an aged/shelved corporation?
