I recently was contacted by a woman I used to fuck a while back like 1999 back. After the formalities she tells me that her first born son is mine. She thought it was another dude (her on again off again boyfriend to be exact). She says that the kid doesnt look anything like him, and she and her husband agree that the youngster looks just like me. I asked her why she took so long to tell me this shit and she didnt really have a response. she just mentioned some shit about me moving to baltimore and we were never really serious and she really did want the kid to be the dudes.
Here's where shit gets kinda fucked up!!! She tells me the guy who signed the birth certificate is about to come from doing a 10 year prison bid. Apparently while she was pregnant he was living with some friends, and started fucking his home boy's 14 year old daughter. Now back in '99 dude had to be about 23/24, he was formally charged and was placed on probation as a sex offender (i dunno though coz that was very long ago and i dont know what the rules were back then). Anyways she tells me that dude violated his probation, for FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT, and the judge BAMS his ass wit a dime.
This chick aint asking for anything at all, she said it was weighing down her soul, because lives were ruined and things could've been way different. she is a little nervous about the guy getting out, and him finding out that he went away all that time for a kid that wasn't his, and his family who i think plays a part in his life still (i think).
So how do i go about checking this whole situation out, and not get myself in any trouble. i'm currently on probation myself and aint tryin to get wit no more new charges. but if the kid is mine i'd really like to know what i can do to find out in the most economical way. Fellas i aint going on maury niggas round here been sayin that shit. and she stays in tampa so i cant even get any real info, coz i live in St. Pete. Anyways i was just wondering if any1 has been in a similar situation and how was it handled or what can i do????
