This is 38-year-old Vladimer Suero of Brooklyn.

I just got out of work, and at 5:20pm on the Manhattan bound F train, this man came on the train acting a fool, dancing and being loud. I was minding my business (like always, headphones in, reading a book) and he came towards me, touched my thigh, grabbed his crotch and motioned for me to follow him. I told him loudly "do NOT touch me." He walked away without saying anything. I decided I should take a picture of him and when I did, he got belligerent with me. I then started taking video and two men intervened while he started yelling at me and calling me a bitch. The men made him leave at Roosevelt island.

I sounded a whole lot braver than I felt. I was scared but he has to be held accountable for being a piece of shit and it was my duty today to expose him.
