Heat on medium low and don't use sharp utensils and yes that gets the job done if you know what your doing and not a dumb ass who uses a metal fork or turns the fire up higher than it needs to be once cooking oil is hot it will stay hot on low medium.

Them tins are just thick enough to handle it as you see. Saves a lot of time when you got a lot of people to feed.
 
Hell nah.

Those pans are not made for that. As soon as the pan fails, poof, that whole kitchen (if not house) is done.
