Shaq Griffin; 20 Combine reps at 225 with ONE fully functional hand; 4.38 40 yard dash!!

Hmmm..Does he only have one hand? I couldn't make it out...

Yep; there’s a E:60 story about him and his twin (plays for Seattle); he was in pain and Mom made the decision to amputate his hand; bros went to college and told schools they were a package deal or nothing; only UCF gave them a shot; kids dad engineered weights and other equipment so he could life and work out when they were growing up; he lifts with a special device; 20 damn reps!! And a top
OL could only get up 14 at the combine. Inspirational!!

Man that dude is a fucking beast. I wish they could measure heart he would break records.

He's really good on the field. Some team is gonna get a great player, every game Ive watched his handicap has been a non factor. Dude is all over the field and announcers constantly calling his name.

I wish the brother all the best and I hope he makes it and makes tons of money. But, let's face it, you need to grab with either hand in the NFL. Look what happened to Strahan and he "only" lost 2 1/2 fingers.
The first time somebody runs on this kid's "off" side and he can't grab them, he's done.
I watched him in college and I was pulling for him every game. His heart is big af.

He really is. I was amped af watching that kid fly around. Played hard, played clean, never stopped.
Unfortunately, he won't be able to angle his body to hide the missing hand in the pros. Those backs and receivers will blow right by him on that side. But there's got to a place for him somewhere. Got to.

These fans get caught up in the hype and automatically translate that into takling and making plays.

You are correct about everything. Mfs dont understand you are playing against the most gifted, fastest and powerful athletes in the world....

Yeah. I think most people forget when they watch a college game there's maybe 10-15 pros, not all of them starters, on the field. And that's a game like Auburn v Alabama. In the pros, everybody is a pro.

Not really impressive. When you exercise you use a whole bunch of different muscles. With a prosthetic arm, he has less muscles. So in effect it gives him an advantage. He won't feel any burn in his prosthetic arm -- which gives him an advantage. When I bench press I feel a burn in my forearms when I am getting near the end. He doesn't in his left arm. So he is able to do more reps.

So you can bench 20 reps at 225 we can assume?

Damn, that young kat is a monster.. If he didnt have that little drag on his foot during the 40m, hes time would be faster..

At this moment I could get it up 13 times. But that's beside the point. I understand this guy has a disability, and I admire his effort, and technically he has a handicap, but realistically, it's an advantage, because no lactic acid builds up in his prosthetic arm, so there is no burn to weigh him down.

Work = force x distance
Work = (mass x acceleration) x distance

If player A has both hands/arms and player B has one hand/and 2 arms (one with less muscles), who is doing more work?
