on everything else but being overweight? if you are 5ft 4 200lbs don't exersice and eat donuts like they apples, never get on a scale, stay tired all the time, injury yourself all the time(ankles, shoulders, knees, etc) but never even mention the fact that your weight would have anything to do with it, and get mad when someone mentions it might be your weight? not hating just concerned about someone and would like to help make things better:yes: what can a person do to help out?

because grown women are gonna do whatever they want until they are backed into a corner with no other options whatsoever.

Another thing that is a factor is availability and education. If there are no health food stores around as opposed to McD's and Taco Bell on every corner then that's where she's gonna go. Now, if she were properly educated on eating healthy, she would know the types of food she could get from the grocery store that are nutritious and good for the body. She's know that Sea Salt is slightly better that Iodized Salt. She's know that apple cider vinegar and lime juice can subsititute as salad dressing, etc etc. She'd also know that 1 hour of walking a day can work wonders.

Just my opinion.

How are black MEN any better???

Why don't you just talk about people in general? No one race or gender has the market on denial or self-delusion.

I know what you mean. In their defense it is not easy to lose weight. It can be different for different people. I have a friend who just had a baby a few months ago she is 38. She lost the weight and if you see her now, it's as if she never had a child. She still has her slim waist huge breasts (implants) and nice back side. It's different for different people.
