Ok, these people have fucking issues. When I clicked I thought it was scarification, something those body mod shops do, or something that is common in many African or Hispanic tribes of old. Hispanic cultures actually had beautiful scars in designs and stuff. The Blacks unfortunately not so much, they scarred each other to represent crocodiles and weird shit.

Obviously this scarring shit would be picked up by copy cat whitey, and I came in here thinking some crazy brother or sister was on this type of mentality.
