Search function is Down Again

I'm catching hell isolating the problem. I think it is the enhanced search plugin.
Only problem is the enhanced search has been in place since I started using Xenforo in 2015.
Xenforo support still hasn't responded to my trouble ticket and my admin guy can't isolate the problem yet.

I have disabled enhanced search and I'm doing another re-build, we will work the problem until we find an answer.
I'll keep you updated.

What I have done over the years is click the tap at the top of the thread marked “Watched Thread”.

When doing that it will save the thread and all you have to do is go into the “Watched Threads” section and all of them will be saved there.

Do that going forward.

@Lexx Diamond I'm running behind on this problem.
I disabled elasticsearch 7 days ago and used the search that came with the board.
I was trying to see if the search that came with the board would fail, it didn't so the problem is with the elastic search.

I'm going to re-start elastic search today and get back on the problem.
The elastic search data base to the best of my knowledge is outside of my server, so that will be a problem.
I'm on it until we get it fixed. We did a elastic search upgrade about 7 days ago, so we will see what happens.
