It's sad that it has a take a potential school shooter to write whole book for the authorities to realize that he might be a potential school shooter.
They wouldn't have known if the friend didn't drop a dime on him.

They're being oddly blazey about saying his full name and showing he's picture.
The kid definitely needs to be off the streets, but at the same time, there are cops who kill children and Black men and their identity is usually still protected.

Oh, in that case, they definitely need to keep a strong eye on him. If I was a detective, I have a squad car go by his house every once in a while.
