I was tracking that Holly Springs tornado. 150 mile track. It had really good signal on the Doppler Radar. Scary shit man.

Watched it live before work on tvn. The damn cops had the highway blocked off with the stotm chasers warning the tornado was coming. Next thing you know it hit.

Holly Springs is 20 miles from my house. I talked to a few of my friends and they said that the straight line winds kicked more ass t than the tornado itself..

Usually the case. Straight line winds can cover more area because they are apart of the cold front, which is large scale. Tornadoes are small scale, but definitely more violent in its' smaller scale.
