yea - i used it for 3 years. great program. its the most feature packed out of the online customer/ prospect management tools. overkill in some cases though.

Yessir,
I use it at work all the time. Its no joke and most companies pay waaay too much money for salesforce when they can use something else to do the same thing.

Make sure you actually NEED it before you spend the money.
