This is how the Nazis wrote about Jews, before beginning mass killings, part of the genocidal process to dehumanize. You can still see this type of tactics at Websites like StormFront and Chimpout, that portray minorities as criminal and inferior.
Posters like this one (fifth from top), which advertises the Nazi film “The Eternal Jew,” served to dehumanize the German Jews. The film “The Eternal Jew” itself compares the Jewish people to rats. By dehumanizing Jews, the Nazi leaders began to prepare for Hitler’s “Final Solution.” The Nazi leaders knew that when the deportations began it would be much easier for the German people to watch friends and neighbors shipped away if they associated them with rats or with age-old stereotypes about cheating with money. The propaganda was able to play off the existing racial difficulties in Germany has well as to enhance the original nationalistic pride of the German people that they were somehow chosen or holy. Anti-Semitic propaganda was common in wartime Germany, and often depicted Jews in league with communists or another hated group causing harm to Germans.
The originator of this idea was Julius Streicher, the editor of a weekly newspaper, Das Sturmer, “The Storm Troope,” that spread anti-Semitic propaganda to the general public in Germany. The “facts” presented in his newspaper (for adults, parents, and soon-to-be recruited Nazi SS perpetrators of destruction) were carried over into these school books. Streicher sought to create a perception of Jews as a sub-human race that was a threat to the national state of Germany. The idea was for this total indoctrination of these beliefs in the minds of the young and the old to such an extent that they came to have a conviction about the inferiority of Jews and the need to eliminate the threat they posed to the purity and superiority of the Aryan race.
The use of stereotyped conceptions of Jews as lecherous old men seducing young Aryan women, of dirty Jewish butchers, unscrupulous Jewish lawyers, hard-hearted Jewish landlords, rich Jewish business men and their wives ignoring the poverty around them, all combined to create a hate-filled image of Jews. In one of these comic books, after providing such “evidence” of the despicable nature of Jews, three conclusions are provided: kicking their children out of German schools, prohibiting them from using public facilities, like parks, and then expelling them from the country. Those “reasonable” consequences that Nazis should create for Jews foreshadows the more sinister ones of putting them all in ghettoes, then transporting them to concentration camps, and finally enacting the “final solution” of attempting mass genocide of the entire Jewish population.
When you see negative portrayals by the media, Hollywood, and other derogatory actions, it shouldn't be taken lightly. It can lead to worse things like getting a subprime loan, denial of employment, law enforcement terrorism, incarceration, anti-immigrant laws, eliminating social welfare programs, and other measures.

Today: Here is the same propaganda tactic for all white supremacist websites like Chimpout and StormFront today. There is a sticky on a highly trafficked part of their websites that accumulates local stories of black crime, trying to emphasize black criminality.
They are trying to create a stereotype that blacks are criminals and inferior to dehumanize. It is part of their scheme of hiding behind the criminal justice system to commit genocide. Than you can change the laws easily to mass incarcerate certain racial groups.
