Man it was tense than a motherfucker here in NY and judging by the pic people were pissed at bitch ass Roger. 20+ mil for FUCKING NOTHING! Shit, ARod carried this team from game 1 to 162 so we didnt need Roger here. People were busy worrying about the Mets cleaning house, but these old timers like Roger, Mussina, etc, are going to suffer (deservedly) because the young cats (Hughes, Chamberlain, Melky, Cano - even fuckin Shelly Duncan) have already proved they wanna be here and NONE of them have big contracts - they are getting NBA rookie money. But when it's time to re-up they will get theirs.

I was :hmm: and :confused: when they re-signed Clemens and am :hmm: now that he unceremoniously showed himself the fucking exit tonight. I'm glad Torre wasnt being sentimental and took his ass out before shit got out of hand. But damn, Torre KNEW his ass was (and still is) on the line if they dont rebound from this.
 
Clemens has been a non-factor this season. The Yankees I believe signed Clemons to keep him from going back to the Redsox. Trust me he won't be back and win or lose, Torre won't be back either.

Torre is sick of Geroge's BS and I don't blame him. This was Torre's best year as a manager that was made possible by the outstanding season A-Rod had. With rumors floating around back in June about replacing Torre I guarantee you Torre leaves and probably leaves on his own. However it won't matter who the manager is if the Yankees don't get some picthing because A-Rod is gone.
