The poortoe ricans usually are the ones who don't have insurance and all of that shit but in this case some of the arabs be bogus and he will agree to pay for the damage but the next day will say "Take me to court.." because it wasn't his fault or some slick shit like that because they never like to pay like everyone else and they will argue every time for the same damn bill in the phone store...ect.

I wouldn't have KO'ed em but I would of called the cops but first told him to go to an atm and get me 1500 and it's settled. If not get a report and my insurance can sue em.

I guess Dhalsim forgot how to fight.

dude may have had insurance, but a high ass deductible. I've been in similar fender benders where the cops refused to write it up, cause the damage appeared to be less than a thousand.

Asian on Asian/Arab on Arab violence....there probably is more to this whole situation.

Unless it's your fault, there is dispute about who was at fault, or the person at fault doesn't have insurance, you typically wouldn't pay a deductible.

Some one backed into me a while back and their insurance covered it, I didn't have to pay a deductible.

Good to know...I drove an old car so I didn't bother with claiming it because I didn't want my insurance to go up.

When dude kept saying 1,000 it made me think he was talking about his deductible.

Good!! What a piece of shit! Dude is dumb ass hell too trying to use dude's debit card:smh:

That's because you have Broad form insurance. If you have standard you pay a deductible regardless.

Standard – Repair or replacement of an insured car is covered, regardless of fault. You'll be responsible for a deductible if you ever file a claim.
Broad – You'll only have to pay your deductible if you're found to be more than 50 percent at fault in a covered accident.

The mexicans here will burn off on you in a heartbeat after an accident.
They be like.......insurance who?

I didn't file a claim with, or report it to, my insurance company. If the other party admits fault and provides their information why would you? I filed directly with their insurance, and their insurance company covered it, I paid nothing.

Only way I would have told my insurance company anything was if for some reason their insurance company didn't want to pay.

Years back someone hit me while I was driving my grand fathers truck and wrecked it, the other person's insurance paid off the truck. My grandfather paid nothing.

This exhaust my experience of accidents, so maybe those were exceptions and not the norm :dunno:
