if you realy dont wanna spend any money or download any programms or text your self. check it' if your phone has blutooth go get you a blutooth adapter usb for your pc or mac plug it your usb and can tranfer any file pic or mp3 you want to your phone via blutooth works for me. ps get you a nice mp3 editing program to chop your songs to 30sec and your in thier u'll get the rest the rest
