Where would you buy/transfer domain to for cheapest and safe

I have a couple hundered domain names I need to transfer this month and about a hundred more for next month.

I want to get suggestion about where you guys would transfer them for the cheapest price but not have to worry about any Bull Shit.

Maybe you can call and talk to a salesman and maybe get a discount, but they are 7.99 for transfers, no bull... Meaning no extra expenses.

I just started using them gradually moving all my domains from godaddy. godaddy advertises whatever 6.99, by time you check out with privacy and shit, I end up paying $20+.

Sick of them and I have maybe 20 domains with them...
