I'm a pan africanist, so my opinions will be biased towards diaspora thinking. One of the by products of oppression is divisiveness. It's divisive to suggest which group of Africans who endured slavery in the Caribbean, Americas, Europe etc...had it worst. That system was disruptive and pure hell for all Africans...none of us had it easier. Sure, there were different occurrences and historical references that took place, but the net net is that we all suffered and continued to evolve from this system. We all have taken on the oppressors name, gods, customs, language etc...
I get why a term like ADOS might have appeal, but what are we really repping? Another term that further divides us and falsely believe that we are somehow different. Meanwhile Mr. MAGA, and his global conspirators are enacting policies that further supplant our peoples.
I love the debate and the passion; but keep in mind that when cops don't ask to see a ADOS card before they shoot. We're one people, with different perspectives and experiences and a common enemy, searching for a common solution.
Peace
