But considering the status quo of our Country and the fact that the Bill has already been passed in the House....the following scenario isn't far fetched .
Imma try to put this scenario as simple as possible...layman terms...your opinions are welcomed. Ill be posting more reason's as i read through the boring/BS Bill's. BTW...forgive my stats if they're a little off.

The Medicaid Eligibility Changes
Facts:
Medicaid is the largest source of funding for medical and health-related services for people with limited income in the United States.
The health care bills, that Obama cosigned, in both the House and Senate would expand Medicaid by upping the eligible poverty rate and adding new categories of eligibility. Some estimates have as many as 30 million new beneficiaries nationally, adding $500 billion in federal costs to the program.
Medicaid is a VOLUNTARY joint federal-state program.
About 60% paid by the Fed Gov. And 40% VOLUNTARILY being paid by the states.

Despite what many of you may think, or what the CBO website tells you....theres no definite cost on Obama's current Health Care Reform.
Considering the rise in poor health in America, lets assume it will cost 2 Trillion over 10 years....thats excluding people that are already enrolled in government ran Health Programs.
Ok.......
Lets use one on many States thats in a very bad economical condition.
California.
The Fed government tells the folks that run California that they've changed the requirements for Medicaid. Now California must pay more money to cover new Medicaid enrollees.. i.e. people that are above the poverty line...but still need help paying for health Care.
The folks in California look at their current financial situation and think..."Hmm...We're already struggling with money. How can we afford to front 40% of 5+ million new Medicaid enrollees?
So now they do what they normally do when they run low on money. start pulling funds from other areas:
Education
Law Enforcement.
Etc.
Usually when funds get pulled from Educational Programs, Law Enforcement etc....the areas that feel it first are poor Black neighborhoods. Why? Well a lot, but not all of those type of areas dont have leadership and the people within those areas aren't educated enough and dont have the will to fight back.
Ok.....
let me try to wrap this up
So funds get pulled.....soon people start to complain to their Aldermen/Women, Mayor's, Governors, Etc. The state is starting to feel the pressure.
Considering the fact that theres a new 100% Fed Gov Funded health Care program...that Obama cosigned. And considering the fact that the current Medicaid Program is VOLUNTARY..California decides to opt out of the program and drop the Medicaid recipients that they do have into OBAMA NEW HEALTH CARE PROGRAM. Now they save millions and the people that they dropped stil have Health Care.
Now....The New Health Care Program that originally cost only 2 Trillion over 10 years...now jumps to 4 Trillion.
Oh.....dont forget about the 20+ million new citizens that we'll be getting within the next 4 years.
Add another half a Trilllion.
Ok........
What will happen?
Rationing of Health Care....?
Higher Taxes to front the higher Bill......?
Increasing debt owed to other countries due to borrowing of money...?
Blah Blah blah
Bottom line is Obama will get blamed for it all. Why? well because he didnt plan. He let a bunch of B Listers work out the Bill for him...now its filled with all kinds of BS. And when that BS plan crumbles....Obama will to take the blame.
