if you need it, go get it (exam). no sense playing around with your health. you can be cool and dead, or endure a couple of seconds of discomfort and know that you're OK. prostate cancer takes too many brothers too soon.

Make sure you go to the doctor every year for a general check up. Your doctor will let you know when to get your prostate exam.
So you thought it would be exciting to ask a bunch of men when you could have done it discreetly by google or calling a medical doctor

I know when I turn 35 I'm going in for one since several people in my family have passed from various cancers.
