Long story short I'm a 20 something college dropout who has been living paycheck to paycheck for the last couple of years. Recently I did hit rock bottom by going flat broke and accumulated $3000 in debt. I moved back home got myself together and was able to land a great job with a good company. I'm now making 3 times as much as I have ever made. Now I'm not a materialistic person and I'm pass the make it rain in the club phase in my life. I just want to put myself in a position to have some nice stuff, build a savings account, and make my money grow. Any advice you can give someone just starting out would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

first thing your should do is get rid of your debt and improve your credit. second save for emergency money. then you start investing. such the business threads its some good stuff in here.

Grab a Orchard Bank CC and rebuild youre credit. Intrest is high, but you are not getting it to keep a balance on it. Use it ONLY when you can pay it off when the bill comes. Use it for rentals, hotels, shit like that.

Use it wisely and in 2-3 years you will be on youre way to 700 + credit. You gotta use the card tho. Try to charge some little shit every month and pay the whole shit when the bill comes.

Trust me.

Pay all youre bills on time! Never be late. MAKE IT YOURE FIRST PRIORITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
