Oh, and wtf is a timeshare? Can you live there?
What are the pros and cons to owning a condo?

I'm really confused about this, and I'm certain that some of you know.

Yeah... This should do it for him… However, the main difference between a Condo and an apartment is “Ownership”. The Condo someone owns that unit and there is a home owners association for the maintenance of the building. The apartment the owner owns the building.
