Question for cable cutters using Kodi The Beast

I just installed Kodi The Beast & Firestarter on my firestick & on my boy's firestick. For watching live tv, do I need to add anything else or does The Beast already come preloaded with everything I should need? My boy tried launching the tv section but none of the links in the main menu or submenus that look like they would lead to live tv appeared to be working. Is there something I'm missing in my setup?

I think I might have figured it out. Before I was getting invalid custom mac errors whenever I clicked on the IPTV stalker menu. I just went into System > Video and saw that PVR wasn't enabled. I just did that, looked at the available pvr channels and enabled some of them. Now I see a message on the screen for pvr manager and that it's downloading channels. Hopefully that will resolve this.

Nope still getting invalid custom mac errors for IPTV stalker & failed to reach DexterTV server messages

Bump. I'm still getting use to it myself..

I mean I mostly use it for sports... Shit works wonders for NBA basketball!!

I haven't tried sports channels yet but it's giving me headaches trying to get regular cable channels setup on this. IPTV Stalker is now giving me authorization failed messages after I found a mac generator. This is just frustrating right now

What are you trying to watch live anyways?... You can watch all the shows on the 1channel genesis or icefilms anyways

USTVNOW will get you some of the networks. http://www.ustvnow.com/ Free for 45 days and only 6 channels. After 45 days can only view on computer. Next tier is $19 ($29)mo. for 28 channels in high resolution.

I use Pulse-CCM or SpinzTV.
The diff is Beast is all the same add-ons but he pushes the IPTV stuff, which is for sale yearly. You can't just make a MAC for it, have to purchase it or just use cCloud TV or one of the other apps for sports like Sports Devil if that's what you're looking to watch. I don't use the IPTV stuff, just cCloud or even make an acct for DexterTV and use that. Unless you're paying for it then you gotta grab lists of other IPTV users who manage them.

Check:
cCloud
DexterTV
Phoenix
Operation Robocop

Dexter TV isn't connecting but I'll give some of the others a try. Good to know I wasn't going crazy on the IPTV issues.

Iptv is cheap. I pay only 15 dollars a month for 700+ channels. Hell Dexter tv pro is only like 4 dollars and integrates well with kodi completely stable HD channels and ppv.
