Question about the responsibility for mechanical repairs after an accident.

I was in an non fault accident during the fall. My car was repaired.

My struts and AC are both broke.

Didn't use the ACuuntil now and discovered that the body shop threw old broke parts back into the car.

I need a compressor, the condenser has a hole in it, and my struts sounds like an old house. Mechanic said all that shit looks like damage from the accident.

Is my insurance and the body shop responsible for this?

I'm prepping to get irrate via telephone.
