Question about the movie 3 Strikes

I just watched it and thought it was an ok movie with a few laughs. Nice cast. Got a ratings of 3.2 out of 10. The budget was 6mil and made about 9.8 mil. But my question is on the imbd message board, their are people on the message board saying it's one of the best movies they've ever seen and comparing it to "Friday 1" I don't think so. I thought it could have been directed much better. Do people judge comedys differently or what? Anyway just wanted some opinions on the movie if you've seen it. Much appeciate.

I don't know, it was a stupid dumb fun movie, good times, good times.....& should be viewed as such.

About the whole rating system on IMDB, people take that too serious. A lot of movies I have liked in the past have gotten low ratings and some high ones, I wouldn't be surprised if the movie industry hired people to rate their movies high.

I saw it got it on DVD and that movie in my mind is a classic but Friday is better way more quotables and a better feel but three strikes delivers

For me, I'm not too judgmental when it comes to movies... IF the shit makes me laugh... I'M GOOD... For instance, I know people won't agree with me BUT Pootie Tang and Soul Plane had me cracking up so I like those movies... Sure, I know they were STUPID AS HELL... but because I never took them serious to begin with, I didn't expect a lot out of them.

3 strikes was straight garbage it's up there with phat beach..k dat mite been harsh but 3 strikes was a 1 in done movie...best part of dat movie was when dat stripper was shaking her ass on dudes table in his crib

Yeah man, I just figuerd that if people really liked this movie then one funnier can be made on a smaller budget.
