On December 16, 2017, 30 year-old Mausean Carter, of the 3000 block of Oakford Avenue was arrested after shooting numerous people in Baltimore city. Carter has been formally charged with 1st Degree Murder, 2nd Degree Murder, Reckless Endangerment, Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, as well as, Varying Degrees of Assaults and Weapons charges. Carter was processed at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility, bail was denied. A press conference detailing the incidents and charges will be held Monday. The time of the press conference will be announced Monday morning.
