I only do chins these days because of shoulder injuries.
I think chinups give you a wider thicker back versus a more chiseled back with pullups
Pullups >>> if you wanting back work.
Switch to Chins for more biceps work....
If you having shoulder problems with pullups, move your grip in so hands are close to each other.

Looking for a sturdy, well designed/built pull up bar that hangs over the door. Was looking at the Iron Gym extreme on Amazon. Any BGOL reviews?
