Provencal Chicken & Potatoes
In a crockpot add the following:
1 1/2 lbs baby red potatoes
Drizzle Olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
1 lb bone-in chicken thighs
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence, or to taste
Lemon slices
Cook on high 2 - 3 hours
(chicken internal temperature should be at 165°)
