Does anyone recommend any good property managers in the Georgia and Chicago areas?

Would like a true property manager not a real estate agent that is doing that and other things....

How involved do you want the property manager to be? What kind of property are you talking about? Apartments - What size, Single Family - Are they close to each other? What area? If you rule out agents I don't know many other folks left to do it easily and readily part time as agents who are also property owners or have been. Agents have more contacts for repair people next to the phone book.

If you are looking for full time people then thats a different story.
