Ok so here's the deal. I have just had an amazing experience and I feel I must share.
My brother and my fiance were trying out that new Perfect Push Up thing and they challenged me to get down there and do some. So me being me, never backing down from a challenge, I get down to business....
Business meaning 1.7 pushups...:( Sad I know...Then I realize that my abs are killing me! (yes I'm out of shape)
So the next day my man in his nice way of sayin you need to work out, asks me to do it again.... Then I did i whole set of 10!
Then today I did 3 sets of 10! I feel great!

Anyone else try the perfect push up? That thing is amazing. I knew your abs were supposed to be worked out when you do pushups but I never felt anything like this before!!!!
Also, any other tips for my journey on weight loss ladies?

Good for you HA ... I'm glad you're workin' on being healthier ... but I don't know what the "perfect push-up" is:dunno:

Anyway, the perfect pushup is this workout device that you do pushups on and it twists ur arms as you go up and down which exercises more muscles.....

Oh okay ... sounds like a good workout:yes:I guess the tips you would need would be dependant on what parts of your body you wanna tone down??? What are you looking to work out ... or is it just everything???

Now for harlem angel...cut back on sugar. Increase water intake. stay away from fast foods. eat more fruit and veges. stay away from greasy food.

perfect pushup is nice and it really helps get results as long as you stretch out when doing them.

me though i prefer my elliptical and free weights...
 
When your watching TV.

Push ups on commercial, and sit ups on 2nd commercial. Rewind.

Keeps you in good shape. Don't count, just do 'em for the duration of the commercial. :yes:

When it starts to hurt. Do it more.
 
:yes: I agree start walking then ease your way into a light jog. Once you get used just push yourself a little harder.

Whoa whoa baby steps!:lol: Lets get into the speed walking first....

old news........Do 25-30 every morning and walk as much as possible. Take the stairs at work when going up 2-3 floors.

well I guess I'm late but I like the results so I'm gonna keep prgressing and see where it takes me.
