Technically there's a difference between sex, gender roles, and gender identity.

This person's sex is FEMALE, it's gender identity is MALE. I'm suprised it was allowed to legally change genders while remaining medically a female.
A female taking steroids is still a female despite "masculinization", a female with a double mastectomy is still a female so I'm not sure what the legal process is to legally change sex.

Mr. O that happens but RARELY are both organs 100% functional let alone fertile! Now almost anything is possible, but that is 1 in a million I believe. If self-fertilization could ocurr the genetic ramifications of that would not give rise to a viable healthy fetus. Genetic variation is absoultly necessary in populations that reproduce sexually. Unless human kind is about to make a big evoultionary leap it is highly unlikely
