I'm pissed that I just learned about him recently....been listening to "The Peebles principles" on Audible. Very inspiring story, son started from nothing...dropped out of college, worked for his mom as a property appraiser and started interning for Marion Barry etc. started putting together deals in real estate...eventually formed his own companies in the real estate space, and now is a multi billionaire building the largest skyscraper in the western hemisphere with an all black team of engineers, contractors etc.
